Teams and agencies

Keep campaign ownership in the workspace, not in one inbox.

Keep personal projects, internal campaigns, and client work in separate workspaces. Invite the right people, choose what they can do, and keep every asset with the team that owns it.

Manage your team
01

Clear roles

Owners, editors, and viewers get different permissions for the work they need to do.

02

Safe invitations

Invitations expire and can be resent or cancelled by a workspace owner.

03

Team ownership

Removing a member does not erase the workspace’s links, domains, or history.

Separate clients and internal work cleanly

A member can switch between authorized workspaces without mixing links, plan limits, reports, or custom domains.

If someone asks for an item outside their workspace, Gods.ly does not reveal whether that item exists.

Invitations have a complete lifecycle

Owners choose a role and expiration before sending an invitation. Pending invites can be resent or revoked, and accepting one adds the existing identity to the target workspace.

The last owner cannot remove their own access until another active owner exists.

Audit survives staffing changes

Assets belong to the workspace while created-by and updated-by fields preserve action context. That model keeps client operations intact when an employee or contractor leaves.

Security-sensitive member changes revoke future access and are recorded for review.

Common questions

What teams ask before they start.

Can one account belong to several workspaces?

Yes. The workspace switcher lists the teams you belong to and reloads the dashboard for the selected workspace.

What happens to links when a member is removed?

Workspace assets remain with the workspace; the removed member loses access while audit ownership is preserved.
