Privacy
Useful data, handled for a clear purpose.
Effective August 30, 2026. This policy describes the privacy boundaries implemented by the Gods.ly platform.
Information we process
Gods.ly processes account and workspace details, product content and settings, security events, support conversations, billing records, and the analytics needed for explicitly enabled features. Public sales and abuse submissions contain the details a reporter chooses to provide and are encrypted in the operational inbox.
Why we process it
Data is used to provide requested features, authenticate and secure accounts, operate subscriptions, answer support and sales requests, investigate harmful activity, meet legal obligations, and improve reliable service operation. Marketing communication and non-essential measurement remain separate from transactional and security purposes.
Data minimization and analytics
The replacement analytics model uses reduced visitor identifiers and host-level referral data instead of copying legacy raw IP and city fields into user-facing analytics. Access is scoped to the active workspace and authorized role.
Storage, disclosure, and providers
Information may be processed by infrastructure, storage, payment, email, security, and support providers only for their defined service purpose. Credentials and provider secrets are not exposed through public responses. Private files, verification evidence, exports, invoices, and operational submissions are separated from public assets.
Retention and deletion
Product data, analytics, financial evidence, audit records, security information, and public inquiries have separate retention rules. Legal holds, fraud prevention, disputes, and mandatory accounting obligations can delay deletion. Account deletion, export, and trash recovery are traceable workflows rather than unreviewed database operations.
Browser and public-content boundaries
Application sessions stay on trusted application surfaces and are not sent to custom domains or public tenant content. See the Cookie Policy for essential and optional browser storage.
Your controls
Authenticated users can update account details, manage security sessions and notification preferences, export supported workspace information, and request account closure. Workspace owners control membership and permissions. Requests requiring identity verification should be made through the relevant authenticated Support area.
Policy updates
The effective date identifies this revision. Material changes are communicated through an appropriate product, account, or legal channel before they apply where required.
