1. Your account and workspace
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and keep account recovery details current. A workspace owner controls membership and permissions for that workspace. You are responsible for activity performed through credentials or integrations under your control.
2. Permitted use
You may use Gods.ly to create and manage links, QR codes, pages, domains, campaigns, analytics, and related services for lawful purposes. You must not use the platform for phishing, malware, credential theft, impersonation, spam, unlawful surveillance, rights infringement, evasion of security controls, or activity that harms people, networks, or the reputation of Gods.ly domains.
3. Customer content
You retain rights in content you submit. You grant the platform the limited rights needed to host, process, transform, and deliver that content and to operate requested features. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required for the content, destinations, domains, audiences, and data you use.
4. Safety and enforcement
Gods.ly may inspect, restrict, warn on, suspend, or remove a route, domain, integration, workspace, or account when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risk, legal process, payment risk, or a breach of these terms. Reports are assessed using available evidence and may be retained when a legal hold or safety obligation applies.
5. Plans, charges, and taxes
Paid features, billing interval, currency, price, taxes, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Recurring plans renew until canceled. Changes, credits, refunds, disputes, and provider processing follow the checkout or order terms presented for that transaction and applicable law.
6. Availability and changes
The platform may change as features, security controls, providers, and legal requirements evolve. Maintenance or failures may temporarily affect availability. Material deprecations and planned changes will be communicated through appropriate product or operational channels when practicable.
7. Intellectual property
Gods.ly software, branding, documentation, and platform materials remain owned by their respective rights holders. These terms do not grant a right to copy the service, misuse trademarks, bypass access controls, reverse engineer protected portions except where law permits, or resell access outside an approved arrangement.
8. Suspension and closure
You may stop using the service and request account closure through the product. Retention, export eligibility, outstanding charges, active disputes, fraud prevention, audit evidence, and legal obligations may continue after closure as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable order terms.
9. Responsibility and applicable law
The service is provided subject to mandatory consumer and other applicable rights. To the extent permitted by law, each party is responsible for losses it causes through its breach, negligence, or unlawful conduct. Any order form or separately signed agreement identifies the contracting operator, governing law, service commitments, and negotiated liability terms and controls if it conflicts with this page.
10. Contact and updates
Questions about an account or subscription can be submitted through Support in the relevant workspace. Security or harmful-link concerns should use the abuse report . The effective date and version above identify this revision.
