Files & Assets

Put the right asset behind a link you can manage.

Keep approved images and PDFs in the workspace that owns them. Publish the files intended for visitors and retain private assets for the team.

Manage files and assets
01

Supported business files

Manage JPEG, PNG, WebP, and PDF uploads within the current file-size limits.

02

A clear publication state

Distinguish private workspace assets from files published for visitors.

03

Connected presentation

Use approved imagery in supported page and gallery workflows.

A shared file needs a clear purpose

A product sheet, portfolio image, or public PDF should have a useful name and the right audience. Keep its context understandable when the team reviews the asset later.

Supported uploads currently include JPEG, PNG, WebP, and PDF files up to 10 MB, subject to workspace limits.

Publish only the assets intended for visitors

A private upload and a published file have different purposes. Review the current publication state before distributing the file’s public route.

Only authorised workspace members can manage private assets and their publication controls.

Keep checks separate from certainty

When enabled, platform threat controls inspect files before upload or publication and protect public file delivery.

No inspection guarantees that a file is harmless. Incomplete checks remain distinct from results with no known threat found.
