For agencies

Operate client link programs without mixing ownership.

Client assets should remain in the client workspace, not an employee account. Authorized agency members can switch between clients without mixing links, domains, or reports.

Create an agency workspace
01

Client separation

Workspaces isolate domains, routes, members, assets, quotas, and analytics.

02

Role-based access

Owners, editors, and viewers receive only the server-enforced actions they need.

03

Portable reporting

Private exports provide campaign records without exposing another client’s data.

Keep ownership clear when teams change

Each link, QR Code, Bio Page, domain, and campaign belongs to its workspace. Team membership can change without transferring every resource manually.

The activity history records who created and updated an asset while the client workspace remains its owner.

Standardize without copying stale campaigns

Templates can capture approved names, parameters, QR appearance, and Bio styling. Each newly generated asset still passes current validation and keeps its own destination and lifecycle.

Template revisions do not silently modify historical client work.

Export one client at a time

Each export takes a point-in-time copy for one verified workspace and stores the file privately. Progress, row count, file verification, expiry, and cancellation remain visible.

The download link expires and cannot be reused after its allowed window ends.

Common questions

What teams ask before they start.

Can team members work across several clients?

Yes. A member can have a separate role in each workspace and switch the active client from the dashboard.

Are exports mixed across clients?

No. Every export is created for one verified workspace, and the server keeps client data separate.
