1. Participation
You must maintain an active Gods.ly account, provide accurate payout and tax information, accept the current terms, and comply with applicable law. Gods.ly may approve, suspend, or close a partner account to protect customers, the platform, or the program.
2. Referral attribution
A referral must use your assigned partner link and result in an eligible new customer. The current attribution window is 30 days. Gods.ly resolves duplicate claims using its recorded attribution data and may reject self-referrals, related-account referrals, automated traffic, or manipulated attribution.
3. Commission
The current standard rate is 20% of eligible net package payments for up to 12 months from the first successful paid package purchase. The first purchase must occur within 30 days of attributed registration. Discounts, taxes, Wallet top-ups, payments converted to Wallet credit, refunds, chargebacks, and disputed payments are excluded. A displayed pending commission is not yet payable.
Growth earns 25% after 10 distinct settled paying referrals. Pro earns 30% after 25. A customer counts once when a confirmed payment completes its hold without reversal. Your tier is checked for each eligible payment; the rate at enrollment remains a floor. Recruitment alone earns no commission, and no downline payments are offered.
4. Hold period and adjustments
Eligible commissions remain pending for 30 days. Gods.ly may reverse, reject, or offset a commission connected to a refund, payment dispute, fraud, abuse, policy breach, calculation error, or ineligible customer.
5. Payouts
The current minimum payout is $10.00. Payouts are sent through Airwallex to the bank account submitted with your request after finance approval. Gods.ly pays Airwallex transfer fees. If your bank account uses a different currency, Airwallex converts the commission at the exchange rate applied when the transfer is sent; the confirmed recipient amount appears in your payout history. You are responsible for accurate bank details, taxes, and information requested for recipient verification. Processing times depend on the destination and transfer route. Payment status follows Airwallex confirmation. Failed transfers remain reserved until cancellation is confirmed; returned funds become available for a new payout request. Existing PayPal requests keep their original payment method.
6. Promotion standards
You must describe Gods.ly accurately and clearly disclose the commercial relationship where required. Spam, impersonation, misleading claims, trademark bidding intended to imitate Gods.ly, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, malware, incentives that hide the referral relationship, and unlawful or abusive promotion are prohibited.
7. Brand and content
You may use approved program materials only to promote Gods.ly. You do not acquire ownership of Gods.ly names, marks, software, customer data, or content. Do not register confusing domains, profiles, applications, or advertising identities.
8. Suspension and termination
You or Gods.ly may end participation. Pausing the program stops new enrollment and acquisition; eligible purchases by already attributed customers can continue to earn. Account suspension stops new eligible attribution and commission accrual. Valid available balances remain subject to review, adjustment, minimum thresholds, and legal restrictions. Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity may make related commissions ineligible.
9. Changes
Program rules and these terms may change prospectively. Recorded commissions retain their original amounts and rates. Changes to tiers and thresholds affect future eligible payments. The dashboard identifies the terms version accepted for enrollment and payout requests. Continued participation after a required acceptance means the current version governs future activity.
10. General terms
The Gods.ly Terms, Privacy Policy, and applicable data protection obligations also apply. You are an independent participant and may not bind Gods.ly or represent that you are an employee, agent, or exclusive representative.
