Create digital invitations with clear event details, RSVP, private guest links, and calendar downloads for weddings, celebrations, and business events.

An invitation is the beginning of the occasion

A digital invitation should make a guest feel welcome and give them enough information to make a decision. The occasion, host, date, venue, and response request deserve more attention than decorative elements. Weddings and birthdays may call for a personal tone; a company gathering needs equally clear details with language suited to its audience.

Gods.ly brings wedding, birthday, celebration, and business invitations into a dedicated workspace. Three invitation designs provide different visual starting points, with English and Indonesian content. A private draft gives the organiser room to review the invitation before it becomes a public destination.

Make the schedule understandable

An event can include more than one session or venue. Separate the ceremony, reception, presentation, or other parts of the occasion so guests can understand the order. Record the intended time zone rather than relying on a visitor’s device settings to explain the event time.

A readable invitation link can travel through personal messages, email, or a QR code. The page should carry the essential information itself so that a forwarded link still makes sense without the original conversation.

RSVP is a response, not just a page visit

An opened invitation does not tell an organiser who will attend. RSVP collects an attending or declined response and the permitted guest party size. Published event capacity and party limits help keep confirmed attendance within the invitation’s current rules.

Private guest links provide a more controlled way to invite specific people and can be revoked. Guest details belong to the organiser’s authorised workspace; they are not a public guest directory. A guest-list export supports planning while retaining that responsibility for the information.

Help guests keep the date

Calendar options let guests add a published session to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, or another compatible calendar through an .ics file. Saving the date requires the guest’s confirmation. A downloaded calendar copy does not automatically synchronise later invitation changes.

If a venue or time changes after publication, make the invitation accurate and communicate the change clearly to affected guests. A calendar download complements a useful invitation; it does not replace the organiser’s communication.
