Gods.ly Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions Effective Date: 14th August 2025 1. Eligibility The Affiliate Program is open to individuals and businesses worldwide, except where prohibited by law. Affiliates must be at least 18 years old. Only approved accounts will be eligible to earn commissions. 2. Commission Structure Commission Rate: 30% of the qualifying sales amount (excluding taxes and transaction fees). Payment Frequency: Recurring on each payment made by the referred customer, as long as the customer remains active and in good standing. Minimum Payout: USD $10. Payout Method: PayPal or other available methods in the affiliate dashboard. 3. Qualifying Sales A qualifying sale is generated when: The referred customer clicks your unique affiliate link, Makes a purchase within the affiliate tracking period (default 60 days), and Completes the payment successfully without refund, chargeback, or dispute within 30 days. 4. Prohibited Activities Affiliates may not: Use misleading or false advertising. Use spam email campaigns or unsolicited messages. Bid on keywords containing “Gods.ly” or misspellings in paid ads without written approval. Create or use coupon codes not provided by Gods.ly. Purchase through their own affiliate link for personal gain (“self-referral”). 5. Payment Terms Commissions are paid on the 1st–11th of each month for the previous month’s approved earnings. Payments are made only if the minimum payout threshold ($10) is reached. Any refunds, chargebacks, or fraudulent transactions will be deducted from future commissions. 6. Termination Gods.ly reserves the right to terminate your participation if you violate these terms, engage in fraud, or harm our brand reputation. Upon termination, unpaid commissions below the minimum payout will be forfeited. 7. Modification Gods.ly may update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified via email or the affiliate dashboard of any significant changes. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. 8. Limitation of Liability Gods.ly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or special damages related to the Affiliate Program, including loss of revenue or data.
