Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the subscription and use of the Gods.ly software-as-a-service platform (“Services”) provided by Wonder World Host Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of Hong Kong SAR (“Wonder World Host”, “Gods.ly”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By subscribing to or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not subscribe or use the Services.

1. Subscription-Only Service

Gods.ly operates exclusively on a subscription basis.

  • All access to the Services is contingent on an active paid subscription.

  • Subscription plans, pricing, and features are listed on our website and may be updated at our discretion with prior notice.

  • No perpetual licences or one-time purchase options are offered.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments made for subscriptions are final and non-refundable, including:

  • Early cancellation of your subscription;

  • Partial months or unused service;

  • Downgrades or plan changes during an active billing period.

In exceptional cases of proven billing error caused by us, adjustments or credits may be applied to your account at our discretion.

3. Payment Terms

  • Fees are billed in advance for the selected subscription term (monthly or annually).

  • Payments must be made via accepted payment methods displayed at checkout.

4. Automatic Renewal

  • Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each term for the same duration unless cancelled before the renewal date.

  • Annual and monthly subscriptions will renew at the then-current rates.

  • Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days before renewal.

5. Account Use and Restrictions

You may:

  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes and within your subscription scope;

  • Access features according to your chosen subscription tier.

You may not:

  • Share your account with unauthorised third parties;

  • Use the Services for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activities;

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Services;

  • Use the Services to directly compete with Gods.ly.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.
We are not liable for downtime caused by:

  • Force majeure events;

  • Internet provider outages;

  • Third-party service failures outside our control.

7. Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your subscription without refund if you:

  • Violate these Terms;

  • Engage in activities harmful to the platform;

  • Fail to pay subscription fees after the grace period.

Upon termination, your access to the Services will be disabled immediately.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights in the Services remain with Wonder World Host Limited.

  • You retain ownership of your data and custom links.

  • By submitting feedback, you grant us a royalty-free licence to use it for product improvement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Hong Kong law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;

  • Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in that period.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
